One Week Down

One Week Down, which leaves three weeks to go until KILLER OF KILLERS is finally in print. But darn it, I'm still waiting on that ARC. I know the text is all good, except just one little part. And it's on page one of all things.

It just goes to show how those revisions are just never done. I want to change just one part of just one sentence. Really, I want  to delete it. It's a dialogue tag. I want to delete it. It will be better without it. So I guess considering the entirety of the manuscript, it's a miniscule thing. But it's on page one. That's what's killing me.

So when the ARC comes, that is what I'm waiting to change. And then it will be good to go. Still it will be interesting to see how the dedications page and the acknowledgement page look. I'm curious if Melange will insert a Table of Contents, too. I hope they do. But these days, many books don't bother with that.

Whatever. I'm sure they'll do what they think is best.
